Not enough hot water, no valet parking, no bellmen. Made us wonder if they were ever really washed. Our room was terrible Toilet not even bolted to the floor, stains on floor, intermittent heat, maids didnn't replace coffe cups daily only rinsed them out and put back on counter. Numerous complaints to the front desk went unattended no response from manager. It was freezing all complaints fell on deaf ears. Thanksgiving weekend the indoor pool was 60 degrees and the air temp around pool area was 62.

Since the hotel is not a real hilton but a franchise, it lacks the feel and service of a real hilton. We just stayed at the Nystic Hilton and both couples agree it was the WORST HOtel we have ever been to.
